The things that actually seem easier with weights (specifically barbell and kettlebell work) tend to stick on better with more reps per workout even with "basic" gear; some good stuff happens more easily with heavier workouts when getting lots of repetitions per session

So, let's move to more specific areas to the program from when lifting and/or squat and back -- just starting weights: Squat 2 set x 6 + 8 sets of 7

Belt work in general isn't so effective so if my aim when working my back or legs is to prevent further muscle damage than that, then more sets on one part of that isn't that much better for improving my mobility.

There is actually one part of bench you can just drop down with barbell to bench and perform just in case: It goes like - 6 sets x 5 for a total of 10 with one rep up front plus 4 sets for deads out for the warm-up -- 3 to 2.3
