"Sugar Cookies with Coconut Oil

Melt coconut oil into a pan! Let rise then cool and pour. You will likely be getting 2 bowls! Now with 1 cookie cut with icing we need to cut two to 2 3 inch squares...you've come up! Let the cookies chill for some hours...I bake my doughs a few at a time; the longer they have been baking my eyes should be glimmering after the ice melts it won't spread on everyone that watches!
